Marburg was a challenge set in the sense of all the various treatments. There’s technically four very different worlds here and how they look is essential. My role was paint charge. I created samples for every treatment, and communicated with the Scenic Designer on how I achieved them. I helped paint many aspects of Marburg, but I painted South Africa’s set on my own.
