For this production, we had extra hands to help and a blank canvas for the floor. I decided to mimic something similar to the floor we did for Frozen Jr. I also wanted to take some of the techniques I learned this summer and bake them into this treatment. We started with mapping out the swirls, spraying the floor, then adding a scumble wash, added highlights/shadows, and finally another spray on top to darken the edges or differentiate the different locations (ex: pink/purple for misfit toy island).
